As a Realty Specialist, you will perform various financial, data management and related functions on a wide range of large scale, highly visible, complex realty, and related transactions. Public Buildings Service (PBS) located in Kansas City, MO, Atlanta, GA or Fort Worth Texas. The Leasing Division is responsible to advocate for the real estate community to improve processes, communication and results.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-13 salary range in Kansas City, MO starts at $105,029 per year.
The GS-13 salary range in Atlanta, GA starts at $109,278 per year.
The GS-13 salary range in Fort Worth, TX starts at $112,341 per year.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience: providing technical advice and guidance on complex realty transactions including ownership issues, Operating Cost and Tax Escalations as well as other realty activities; analyzing and evaluating realty contracting issues and making recommendations and providing input for the development of contracting policies and procedures for a realty program; planning, coordinating, and managing complex lease administration actions and assisting in the development of lease language for lease acquisition projects.

Applicants who possess such KSA's may be ranked above those who do not, but no one may be rated ineligible solely for failure to possess such KSA's. The Quality Ranking Factor for this position is the ability to acquire and maintain a warrant, which includes formal training, experience (on the job training) and a minimum of 24 semester hours (or equivalent) of business college coursework or a bachelor’s degree.
