Duties

Provides technical financial, budget and/or accounting support by accumulating, processing, compilation and consolidation of financial data in support of MWRF analysts. Assists with the conduct of review and analysis of operating programs, ensuring conformance with policy and resource utilization. Assists in the analysis/evaluation of findings, determining corrective or improvement actions needed. Assists Information Management Specialists with defining and correcting problems or identifying needs of user representatives who work with various NAF Information Management Systems.

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Must have semi-independent work experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. 2. Ability to organize and communicate through written correspondence and oral communication. 3. Working knowledge of principles, practices and methods of budget formulation. 4. Ability to type and operate a personal computer. 5. Knowledge of operation and functions of personal computers to provide problem solving resolution and service to users 6. Highly desirable: Knowledge of Nonappropriated Fund practices, regulations, and guidance materials and NAF Small Purchases.
