About the position: This position will be assigned to the Lodging Facility at Moody AFB. Guaranteed 0 hours but may work up to 40 hours per week. . Must be physically able to frequently lift and carry medium to heavy objects up to 40 pounds and be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to actively bend, stop, stand, and reach, and work in awkward positions. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Duties

Performs a combination of loading, unloading, and moving of heavy boxes and bulky items by hand, hand trucks, or dollies. Operates simple powered equipment such as hand saws, hatchets, clippers, weed trimmers to clear small trees and bushes. May use shovel to dig trenches where soil is compacted in areas around facility. Moving collecting arranging and cleaning equipment and materials. May empty garbage can, wash and wax cars, and or trucks by hand or buffer. Performs other related duties as assigned.
