You will serve as a GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST in the Business Directorate Division of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
Duties
You will perform technical review, analysis and troubleshooting on a variety of systems applications and products in data processing.
You will perform required inventories of accountable property.
You will assist the Warehouse Lead with Operating Materials and Supplies program management.
You will report on visibility and accountability of assets and compliance with governing policy.
Requirements

- This is a bargaining unit position.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current Forklift/MHE license and/or certification within 90days of appointment and maintained thereafter.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
Qualifications
Qualifications for GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning and coordinating supply system procedures to support an Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S) program; 2) Developing and deploying supply management applications; 3) Conducting inventory management operations and investigating discrepancies; 4) Understanding the causes of inventory discrepancies and recommending corrective action.
Qualifications for GS-07:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing supply project plans to support an Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S) program; 2) Maintaining and improving supply management applications; 3) Conducting inventory management operations.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-09
Successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Have completed two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
Have a LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled.
GS-07
Have 1 full year of graduate level education
OR
Have completed a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement.
