About the Position: This position is located in the Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, Washington. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Duties

Assist staff, faculty, leadership, and clinical staff in service to solders and DoD beneficiaries. Delegate daily workload among employees in accordance with workflow and priorities. Provide administrative and medical support to clinic utilizing automated systems. Maintain all patient logs, referrals, and medical records. Perform clerical support at reception through answering calls and attending to visitor's needs. Coordinate appointments and keep timely notification to all affected parties. Maintain timely suspense of all administrative actions. Oversee security of internal records in accordance with policy and guidance.

• This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is subject to annual vaccination.
