This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration. The incumbent serves as a Digital Imaging Technician in a Presidential Library. The technician will perform standard tasks associated with digitizing a wide variety of materials. The technician has mastery of the standard operation of scanners, cameras, image processing tools, and metadata entry to create the range of standard products from common archival materials, contributing to both short and long term projects.

Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-06, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
- Communicating inquiries, verbally or in writing; AND
- Converted analog textual records, photographs, maps, and microforms into digital formats; AND
- Applying regulations, policies or procedures to accomplish work assignments.
