Provide intellectual leadership and strategic direction for the division, manage the flow of taskings, and encourage teamwork and collaboration with counterparts throughout NCTC, ODNI, and the IC. Mentor, develop, and evaluate analysts of varying experience levels and from different home agencies, each with its own unique expectations, opportunities, and performance review systems. Help drive the group's analytic program, ensuring that products incorporate the highest IC tradecraft standards and capitalize on NCTC's unique data accesses and tools.
