You will serve as a SUPPORT SERVICES SUPERVISOR in the Administration Department (N1), Training Air Wing of TRAWING ONE.
Duties
You will manage applicable directives, forms and reports management within TRAWING ONE and serves as the Wing liaison for these concerns with those activities outside the Wing.
You will create or edit correspondence for review and signature and ensure that electronic and hard-copy correspondence and data files are properly filed and maintained.
You will manage and maintain all electronic case files on current TRAWING ONE directives, forms, reports and a
database reflecting their currency and cancellation.
You will provide command personnel security support to the Command Security Manager.
You will administer, supervise, and coordinate the program, process staff, students, and contractor security investigations for required eligibility in accordance with SECNAV M5510.30.
You will advise command staff and six squadrons on matters pertaining to the security of classified information and matters regarding the eligibility of personnel to access information and assignment to sensitive duties.
You will serve as the Lead Trusted Agent to verify eligibility and prepare Common Access Card applications for all contractors using the Trusted Associate Sponsorship System (TASS).
You will assist in preparing for, conducting, and reporting of Command Security Inspections to the Wing and six squadrons.
You will complete reviews and audit travel orders to ensure they are in compliance with regulatory guidance, reflect appropriate accounting citations, funding allotments, and budget clearances.
You will provide guidance and training on the Defense Travel System.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States drivers license.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector developing and overseeing administrative procedures and guidelines to supplement established administrative regulations or program guidance that contributes to the efficiency of an administrative support activity.

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
- Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree. The major study of such education is in public administration, business administration, industrial engineering, industrial management, or other administrative or management fields related to the position to be filled; or
- Successful completion of a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree. The major study of such education is in public administration, business administration, industrial engineering, industrial management, or other administrative or management fields related to the position to be filled; or
- A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience
