The ideal candidate for this position will have knowledge of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) flood hazard mapping program, experience project management, and the ability to communicate technical information to a wide variety of stakeholders. Ability to obtain certification as Contracting Officer's Representative Level 3 strongly desirable.

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The time-in-grade and qualification requirements must be met within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. The position has a positive education requirement. In addition to the specialized experience requirement, you must meet the listed education requirement below. (Submission of transcript is required).
