You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER in the S-4 DEPARTMENT, PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION of MCAS BEAUFORT SC.

Duties
You will provide representation of the Marine Corps Family Housing program, housing referral programs and housing special venture acquisition programs.
You will provide representation for MCAS Beaufort to other military commands, private enterprise, non-DOD and local government agencies in all matters pertaining to resource acquisition.
ou will provide leadership, continuity, cohesion and stability in planning, developing and executing the Housing Program aboard the Installation.
You will analyze Federal Relocation Assistance procedures, real estate and zoning implications; direct basic organizational and management planning for prospective changes in functions or programs at the Installations level.
You will direct data gathering for housing requirements market analyses, develop budget requests an allocate resources and conduct periodic evaluation of PPV property management.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: .1) Applying housing management principles, and concepts to provide a full range of methods and processes related to housing management, planning, operation, occupancy, maintenance and utilization of housing facilities; 2) Directing programs in support of family housing actions (policies, procedures, and legislative actions) to ensure the accomplishment of established goals and objectives are met; and 3) Providing technical and administrative assistance (e.g., housing procedures, housing operations, housing facility maintenance) to staff. Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
