About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. ST-IC-W6RFAA US ARMY INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY CMD. This position is located with the US Intelligence & Security Command, 706th Military Intelligence Group at Fort Eisenhower / Columbia / Georgia

Duties

Conduct Electronic Warfare/Signals Intelligence analysis for U.S. Central, European, and Special Operations Commands. Develop junior analysts and reporters, create training programs, and provide target-related briefings. Serve as a senior Cryptologic Order-of-Battle Technician, advising on SIGINT traffic analysis and reporting practices. Serve as organization Intelligence Oversight Officer, ensuring compliance with SIGINT data handling rules and report any incidents. Direct near-real time collection, transcription, and analytical efforts

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
• In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent level) investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
• All INSCOM employees may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide deployments during crisis situations to perform mission essential functions as determined by management.
• Temporary Duty (TDY) Travel may be required 25% or less of the time.
