About the Position: This position serves as the Administrative Officer for the Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) Executive Director and will be directly responsible for providing executive level administrative, clerical, and most updated office automation support available.
Duties
Reviews and interprets administrative program guidance, policies and procedures from higher authority to determine effect on assigned mission and provides guidance to the Executive Director and assigned personnel.
Assists in resolving administrative problems by researching office files, historical data, policies and regulations, etc.
Manages executive level calendars to include creating and maintaining schedule of events, appointments, and tasks for the ILSC Executive Director/Deputy Executive Director and coordinating with the TACOM General’s staff.
Participates/assists in policy development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of ILSC Administration programs for the Executive Director.
Assists the ILSC Executive Director/Deputy Executive Director in the development of budget estimates and execution of funds are appropriately administered the ILSC Command Group/Suite.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all command group supply issues for procurement, inventory, distribution, and disposition.
Research Budgetary and HR matters for the ILSC Executive Director as their action officer.
Analyzes Time and Leave System variances/rejects. Notes discrepancies and coordinates with supervisors/action officers for correction.
Withdraws material for use in preparation of material and/or furnishes administrative advice on the adequacy and feasibility of proposals and recommendations.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
