About the Position: Serve as a Data Scientist providing professional and scientific expertise in performance of work requiring knowledge and application of data collection, data management, data analysis, statistical analysis, modeling/simulation, and/or other scientific principles, methods, and techniques.

Duties

Responsible for performing research, analysis, and model development projects on data requirements and architecture. Develops and recommend new methodologies to fuse data sources derived from requirements and systems. Analyze complex data elements and systems, data flows, dependencies, and relationships in order to contribute to conceptual physical and logical data models. Assess data sources to determine the types of data available and how to import data into system sand models to reduce or eliminate manual reporting or processing requirements. Participate in the planning and implementation of methods, models, and tools and partners with other analysts to identify opportunities for significant process enhancements and recommend changes.
