You will serve as a Purchase Card Analyst in the Procurement Group, Aircraft Support Contracts Department, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will manage and provide oversight of the Government Commerical Purchase Card program for the command hierarchy.
You will establish applicable internal policies, procedures, training and communication with all lover level A/OPCs and program participants specific to the organizations they oversee.
You will establish and maintain interface with the Government Commercial Purchase Card contractor for cardholder and approving official account setup and maintenance.
You will compose and/or update command level directives for the Government Commercial Purchase Card program and informs cardholders and approving officials of procedural or regulatory charges.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating data for the preparation of procurement reports for auditing the purchase card program, procedures, and processes, 2) Conducting necessary purchase card briefings and training to all levels of management and the purchase card community, 3) Demonstrating working knowledge of procurement and acquisition policies in order to understand and apply the knowledge of micro purchasing and government purchase card program; 4) Performing monthly detailed audits on purchase card transactions; and 5) Establishing and maintaining interface with the purchase card contractor for cardholder and approving official account setup and maintenance.
