Duties

Provides support and advice on recommending reprogramming of funds and funding levels due to changes in workload and/or mission requirements Provides advice and service in the development of estimates, revision of estimates, and justification for equipment, supplies, transportation, etc. Evaluates and recommends adjustments to funding programs between activities to provide for unplanned missions, reduced funds, manpower or unusual mission problems, and a balance of funds. Ensures all changes to budgets are within policy and regulation for reprogramming within or across accounts. Completes and analyzes monthly financial reports.
