You will serve as a CYBER TRAINING COORDINATOR in the JOINT MISSIONS OPERATIONS CENTER (JMOC) of U S MARINE FORCES CYBERSPACE COMMAND.
Duties
You will develop, adapt, coordinate and implement training and strategies and plans for JMOC by assisting Directorate Lead efforts to train and ready their employee to support daily combat operations
You will possess a thorough knowledge of the training and readiness demands on the JMOC to enable successful presentations and recommendations to the Future operations Deputy, the Operations Director and Director of JMOC.
Requirements

- A Counterintelligence Polygraph is required and a non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
- This is a Drug Testing Designated Position (TDP). A pre-employment drug test is required, and the position is subject to random drug testing.
- This position is not telework eligible.
- The incumbent may be required to perform occasional travel (25% or less) which may involve the use of commercial and/or government aircraft.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position has been designated as a Cyber Workforce position in the DOD Cyber Workforce Framework role of 711 - CYBER INSTRUCTIONAL CURRICULUM DEVELOPER proficiency level ADVANCED.
Qualifications
Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: Leading, organizing, developing, sourcing, and/or mapping out training requirements and schedules; and advising Joint Mission Operations Center (JMOC) leadership regarding unstable or uncommon administrative and/or program issues.
This position is within the Work Category PROFESSIONAL at Work Level SENIOR, Series and Grade GG-0301-13.

Education
At a minimum, all CES employees in the Professional Work Category require a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
