About the Position: Serves as a Senior Reality Specialist within the Real Estate Division, responsible for the full range of real estate matters.

Duties

Demonstrates master level of federal real estate practices involving a variety of Real Estate stakeholders and client agencies. Negotiates complex land acquisition and leasing actions in support of Real Estate stakeholders and client agencies. Apply project management principles, methods, and tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, evaluating, and managing project resources and schedules both internal and external to USACE. Ensures information systems and records are maintained in accordance with USACE and client agency guidance and regulations.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
• The duties of this position require Travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
• Upon Supervisory notification, the incumbent may be required to obtain a clearance level up to Top Secret/SCI with polygraph and background investigation.
