You will serve as a HEALTH TECHNICIAN (DIGITAL MAXILLOFACIAL PROSTHETIST) in the Graduate Dental Education of NAV POSTGRADUATE DENTAL SCHOOL.
Duties
You will serve as the Digital Maxillofacial Prosthetist technician performing a variety of duties associated with acquisition, testing and integration of Computer Aided Design/ Computer Aided Manufacturing.
You will be expected to independently and collaboratively provide high quality intra and extra oral, fixed and removable prostheses, by conventional and digitally designed and manufacturing process to including use of dental implants.
You will plan and execute assigned tasks under direction of Director for Maxillofacial Prosthetics / Maxillofacial Prosthetics fellow/ resident.
You will conduct user tests of new laboratory materials and products to determine their desirability for use in the training program.
You will serve as the technical consultant to NPDS staff and residents for tasks associated with general operations and care of Computer Aided Design/ Computer Aided Manufacturing, not limited to rapid development prototype systems.

Qualifications
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience navigating Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided manufacturing technologies (additive and subtractive) including but not limited to sirona/exocad/exoplan/bluesky bio and hyperdent available at NPDS.
Experience maintaining the software and hardware used for Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided manufacturing technologies (additive and subtractive) used in workspace.
Experience working with design and fabrication of maxillofacial prostheses using conventional or digital methods.
GS-10: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience navigating Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided manufacturing technologies (additive and subtractive) including but not limited to sirona/exocad/exoplan/bluesky bio and hyperdent available at NPDS.
Experience assisting with design and fabrication of maxillofacial prostheses using conventional or digital methods.
Experience in prioritizing and balancing cost, schedules, and performance to meet the healthcare needs and project objectives.
