About the Position: This position is with United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command, 303 Psychological Company, 16 Psychological Battalion, 2 Psychological Group, located in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. Duties

Maintain organizational records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Review correspondence for submission to higher echelons. Preserve stock levels of organizational equipment. Monitor employee training programs. Enforce policies established by higher Headquarters. Process administrative actions using automated systems.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • THIS POSITION REQUIRES ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP AS A SOLDIER IN THE U.S. ARMY RESERVE (USAR)
  • This position requires the incumbent to successfully complete the Unit Administrator Basic Course within 18 months of appointment.
  • This position requires the incumbent to successfully complete the Unit Pay Administrator Course within 18 months of appointment.
  • The duties of this position may require the incumbent to work evenings, nights, holidays, and/or weekends to include modification in shifts and/or tour of duty.
