You will serve as a GG-0132-12 Intelligence Analyst (Fleet Operations Manager) in the Operations Department of NIOC GA. All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.

Duties

You will perform Signals Intelligence collection and analysis. You will manage US Cyber Command Intelligence and Cyber training requirements for two Combat Mission Teams (CMTs). You will draft DRRS-N and ad hoc readiness reports for command leadership approval.

• Travel may be required (up to 20%).

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing extensive knowledge and/or experience in US Cyber Command work role training requirements and processes; 2) Utilizing extensive knowledge and/or experience in National Security Agency (NSA) Cryptologic University training processes and management; 3) Analyzing intelligence training requirements/projections and developing unit-level budgets; and, 4) Managing unit readiness reporting processes using the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and Status of Resources and Training (SORT).
