You will serve as a Program Manager withinNLSC.
Duties
You will serve as the principal assistant to the Director (GS-15) focused on verifying processes are in place to facilitate compliance with DoD, DON, OJAG, and CLCU regulations and policies.
You will supervise three or more civilian employees (ranging from GS-11 to GS-13).
You will work with stakeholders throughout the OJAG enterprise to analyze and discuss manpower projects and requests.
You will monitor and research organizational requirements and staff alignment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience performing work equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following:
1.) Applying analytical, quantitative and qualitative techniques to identify, analyze/recommend improvements and/or solutions record keeping issues;
2.) Coordinating new records-management policies for an organization;
3.) Recommending and implementing processes to optimize the execution of both routine and complex administrative duties;
4.) Resolving major program issues and maintaining situational awareness of current program operations.
