Serves as Division Director of the Project Management Services Office Public Buildings Services, Mid-Atlantic Region. As such, conducts regional project management for regional capital and high risk (over $10M) projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region.Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Project Management Services Division, Mid-Atlantic Region 3, Philadelphia, PA. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The major duties of the Supervisory Project Manager include but are not limited to the following:

• US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
• Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
• Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable
• Register with the Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959

Specialized experience is experience planning, directing, and managing one or more of the following complex design and construction projects for an organization: major renovation and/or modernization; repair and alteration; construction contracting; lease purchase and/or site purchase; property disposals; utilization; and/or real estate development. Applicant must demonstrate experience working with internal and external stakeholders to identify strategic objectives, goals and plans for capital or major complex real estate projects.
