Serves as Division Director of the Project Management Services Office Public Buildings Services, Mid-Atlantic Region. As such, conducts regional project management for regional capital and high risk (over $10M) projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region.Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Project Management Services Division, Mid-Atlantic Region 3, Philadelphia, PA.

Duties
The major duties of the Supervisory Project Manager include but are not limited to the following:

- US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
- Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
- Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable
- Register with the Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959

The GS-15 salary range starts at $158,169.00 per year. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience planning, directing, and managing one or more of the following complex design and construction projects for an organization: major renovation and/or modernization; repair and alteration; construction contracting; lease purchase and/or site purchase; property disposals; utilization; and/or real estate development. Applicant must demonstrate experience working with internal and external stakeholders to identify strategic objectives, goals and plans for capital or major complex real estate projects.
