About the position: This position is located at Bay Breeze Golf Course on Keesler AFB, MS.
This is a Flexible position . Guaranteed 0 hours but could work up to 40 hours per week.
Duties
Performs and/or assists assigned personnel in all areas of the Bay Breeze Golf Corse. Types of duties include but are not limited to the following: assists in making tee time reservations for daily play; ensures golf carts are clean and in good running conditions, inspects and verifies customer receipts to ensure proper payments were made before issuing golf carts, maintains the driving range in good operational status, ensures range golf balls are picked up and cleaned, periodically inspects golf course to ensure adequate pace of play, assists with group and individual golf development/lessons for youth and adults, assists with the stocking and selling of merchandise in the Pro Shop as well as the Beverage Cart, prepares daily activity reports as necessary and maintains a clean, neat and safe work area, inspects facilities including restroom, storage rooms and equipment to assure safety and cleanliness. Performs other related duties as assigned.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Qualifying Experience:
Practical knowledge or ability to learn the necessary skills, rules, and procedures. Ability to safeguard and handle case and skill in the use and maintenance of various recreational equipment and facilities are desirable; however no experience is required. Must be able to follow oral and/or written instructions. Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to and including 40 pounds, receiving assistance from heavier items.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying.
