The primary purpose of this position is to perform the duties of a Utility Systems Repairer Operator at the intermediate grade level and assist higher level journey worker mechanics inspecting, repairing, operating, servicing, troubleshooting and maintaining building mechanical equipment and air conditioning systems, and necessary actions to restore any electrical, plumbing or Building Automation System (BAS) systems when an emergency breakdown occurs.

Candidates must meet the Qualification Standards Handbook requirements for the WG-4742-8.
