Duties

You will design, create, and develop multimedia audiovisual products, including slides, graphics, videos, and digital and physical signage. You will arrange, coordinate and operate lighting systems, cameras, records, mixers, amplifiers, and audiovisual switching devices necessary for technical documentation. You will effectively uses Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Suite, as well as PC and MAC computers. You will design, create and develop graphic layout for products including, but not limited to, video scripts, banners, posters, brochures, booklets, flyers and magazines. You will assist in editing copy for accurate spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, grammar, syntax and appropriateness of format, phraseology and style.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge of the processes, methodologies, equipment, scripting, personnel, and related requirements involved in producing quality audiovisual productions. 2) Knowledge of the principles, concepts, and practices of audiovisual production to independently perform recurring assignments. 3) Skills in operating standard video recording equipment, video cameras, and related items such as lighting, sound, and editing equipment. 4) Ability to produce and direct an audiovisual production; edit films, video, and scripts; and create computer images for audiovisual products. 5) The ability to communicate effectively. Education
