About the Position: The Anniston Army Depot is located in Anniston, Alabama in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain chain halfway between Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL just off Interstate 20. The Depot is the largest employer in Calhoun County with approximately 4000 employees.

Duties

Reviews, analyzes, identifies, classifies, and initiates actions to accurately describe a large variety of supply items. Gathers and maintains current information from functional shop and production control personnel such as shop facilities and equipment availability, extended repairs, and upgrade/modification of work processes. Communicates/coordinates with material managers, production planners, requisitioners, and others during the planning, scheduling, and execution phases of projects. Develops and prepares flow charts, layouts, new or revised procedures, organizational charts, plans, and other necessary material for supporting recommendations.
