About the Position: This position is a development Secretary (Office Automation) at Guthrie Army Health Clinic, Fort Drum, New York.

Duties

Schedule appointments, meetings, conferences, and briefings. Provide administrative support to senior leadership, supervisors, and administrative staff of assigned organization. Receive incoming calls with professionalism and diplomacy on behalf of executive leadership. Coordinate key personnel for conferences and/or office calls on behalf of supported command team. Review outgoing correspondence for grammar, administrative soundness, and general tone on behalf of senior leadership. Serve as the contact for visiting military and civilian dignitaries, inspections, conferences, and individual office calls.

  • This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5 minute sample with three or fewer errors.
