The Accountability Board Division (ABD) is a part of the FAA Office of Human Resource Management (AHR), Accountability & Strategic Business Management Directorate. The ABD Analyst receives allegations of harassment, provides training, offers analytical insights, and contributes to the oversight of the FAA's Accountability Board program, established under FAA Order 1110.125.
Duties
The ABD Analyst is a recognized subject matter expert in the Accountability Board Program area and provides leadership for highly complex and challenging activities under the minimal direction of a manager or executive. The Analyst leads challenging projects, programs, and activities. Shares responsibility for the performance of the programs and projects that frequently affect more than one Line of Business (LOB) or Staff Office (SO) and the FAA as a whole.

- Travel may be to domestic locations.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I, FG/GS-13 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized experience is defined as:Experience analyzing cases against employment laws, including anti-harassment principles, equal employment opportunity law, administrative investigation principles, and the disciplinary process. ANDExperience performing project management duties and responsibilities (e.g. leading or collaborating on projects, including project planning, executing, monitoring, and closing). ANDExperience in process improvement activities (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, value stream mapping, etc.). ANDExperience preparing/presenting written documents and training materials.NOTE: In addition to meeting the basic qualification requirements, those applicants who demonstrate that they meet the Quality Ranking Factor (QRF), will be referred to the selecting official as Well-Qualified.
