This SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST position, is located in the Property Management Branch, Supply and Services Division, United States Property and Fiscal Office (USP&FO) and is part of the CA JFHQ Logistics.

Duties

THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, TEMPORARY POSITION NOT TO EXCEED 1 YEAR. Selectee may be non-competitively extended up to 4 years if/when funding becomes available in accordance with CNG FPH 001. The primary purpose of the SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST, GS-2003-9, is to perform analysis of supply procedures, services, directives and management functions of the branch and plans, organizes, reviews, evaluates and performs limited supervisory responsibilities over subordinates in accomplishing the work of the branch (i.e., Supply Accountability Assistance Instruction Team (SAAIT) and Property Asset Managers).

General Experience: Possess experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field; Experience using computer and automation systems. SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST, GS-2003-9: Must have at least 12 months experience analyzing, developing, evaluating to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc; Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment; Experience in cost estimates, budgets, or funding management; Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions and/or provide supply operations support; Experience requiring person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies: Ability to lead or superviseData and Content ManagementJudgement and Decision MakingTechnical Competence
