You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the ENGINEERING AND INSTALLATION DIVISION of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will manage, lead, and perform work by applying knowledge of the capabilities, limitations, operations, design, characteristics, and functional use of a variety of types and models of electronic equipment and systems.
You will develop or evaluate new or modified electronic systems.
You will complete testing, evaluating data, and determining acceptability of equipment modifications, validity, test procedures and data, or legality of operation.
You will support experiments, research, and developmental activities requiring an in-depth knowledge of technical engineering methods, applications, practices, and principles.
You will lead and complete multidimensional, complex tasks with multiple dependencies independently, mentors others regularly ensuring appropriate succession, and leads others to accomplish complex, cross-organizational goals.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing cost, schedule, risk and performance of highly complex Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR) system modernizations on U.S. Navy Submarines; perform sustainment, testing and evaluation duties.
