Duties

Cleans rooms, corridors, stairways, and other areas. Performs routine maintenance on all cleaning equipment. Cleans and dusts assigned areas. Empties trash. Cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes toilet facilities. Washes walls, windows, blinds and ceiling fixtures using ladders, scaffolds and safety belt. Moves heavy furniture. Maintains stock in the janitor's room and cleaning supplies to perform assigned duties. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Must be able to work during the hours of operation to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required (either initially or upon conversion, if applicable).

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements are: Prior work experience that provided the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties listed above to include the ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade, to keep the assigned work area neat and clean, and to communicate both orally and in writing.
