About the Position: The incumbent will serve as Administrative Support Assistant responsible for personnel, records management, and a variety of other administrative matters. This position is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
Duties
Advise supervisor and staff on all personnel-related matters.
Initiate Requests for Personnel Action (RPAs) in personnel systems.
Prepare correspondence in connection with personnel management issues.
Manage credit card accounts, commitments, obligations and expenditures.
Serve as Security and Records Management administrator.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes performing procedural and administrative work in an office environment; assisting with the processing of Credit Card Purchase Requests; assisting in preparation and analysis of operating budget; utilizing an automated personnel database to initiate personnel actions; utilizing a financial management system to complete duties as timekeeper and complete reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
