Duties

Performs administrative duties assisting managers with budget formulation and preparation. Assists with monitoring budget execution for the NAFI. Gathers, verifies and compiles avariety of narrative and statistical data used in budget formulation and presentation. Corrects or recommends the adjustment of inconsistent totals, subtotals and individual entries. Prepares preliminary budget estimates and justifications for program support activities. Researches guidance to extract legal, regulatory, program and budgetary information. Prepares summaries of narrative, quantitative and statistical data in budget forms, schedules and reports.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Demonstrate the ability to perform the duties as described in the position description. **Highly Preferred- Resume must demonstrate experience in the highly preferred criteria. Do you have experience creating and processing budgets with NAF and/or APF? Have you worked with federal government system like DCPDS, AutoNOA, SNACS, and DATAAPS? Have you used Blueforce in a managerial capacity or higher? Do you have experience using payroll systems? Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
