Duties

Analyzes the monthly and yearly results of accounting transactions upon the financial posture of a small to medium installation MWR. Responsible for development and formulation of the annual operating budget to include the five year plan and narrative. Serves as the technical expert in the matters of financial resources. May audit policies, programs, methods and procedures. Plans, directs, and coordinates support services operations involving centralized distribution, warehousing, maintenance, supply, information services, training, marketing and advertising in support of NAF activities. Supervises lower graded Budget Analysts, Budget Assistants and Management Analysts.

Qualifications

Documented experience must have been equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower grade/level. Work experience managing/directing one or more support services preferred. Highly qualified candidates must posses a combination of experience and education (possess a bachelor's degree with a major in a business discipline, i.e., accounting, financial management). Highly Preferred Criteria: 1. Experience with NAF Financial data software. (CEDEMS, EDM, PIEE, FMBS, Business Track) 2. Experience with NAF budget processes and principles.
