This position is located in the Chief Information Officer Organization (CIOO), Division of Information Technology (DIT), Deputy CIO for Management (DCIO-M), Policy, Audits, Compliance and Risk Section (PACRS). PACRS coordinates activities related to policy, audit, compliance, risk, and manages the Section 508 Program. This position will serve as a Section 508 Program Specialist within PACRS.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. CG-12: Applicants must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 11 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience is defined as experience assisting with implementation of Section 508 compliance methodologies.
CG-13: Applicants must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 12 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience implementing Section 508 compliance methodologies; assessing Information Communication Technology (ICT) application remediation plans; and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
In addition to meeting the specialized experience, your resume must also demonstrate the following IT-related competencies:
