The idea candidate will have knowledge of FEMA's Recovery programs, to include the Public Assistance (PA) Program to assist with program delivery, troubleshooting and closeout of PA grants. Upon request, this individual will also integrate into the Oklahoma or Texas Emergency Operations Center during activations to provide FEMA programmatic expertise. This individual will also assist with coordination of Preliminary Damage Assessments and provide other technical assistance on Recovery programs.

To qualify for this Emergency Management Specialist (Recovery) position at the IC-12 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-11 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.
