About the Position: You will serve as the Administrative Officer for the assigned DA Criminal Investigation Division Field Office (DACID-FO) with responsibility for management oversight and direction of administrative and technical functions that support the operational and investigative mission of the field and subordinate offices within his/her purview.

Duties

Manages an administrative and management services program for a law enforcement field office. Oversees overall administrative programs and support provided to the Special Agent-in-Charge (SAC) and field office staff supporting the United States Criminal Investigation Division (DACID) mission. Provides the full breadth of technical and administrative supervision over the operations section which consists of Department of the Army Civilians (DAC), US Military and contracted personnel. Coordinates and administers manpower programs and establishes and implements internal policies. Prioritizes IT initiatives to balance requirements with available resources, ensures that the IT requirements of DACID personnel are satisfied. Directs the management of the field or subordinate office's extensive investigative and administrative files including the storage and custody of evidentiary materials, and encompassing both centralized and decentralized records functions. Manages the procurement of supplies, property and logistical services acquired with Federal and other funds.

  • Must sign DA Form 5019-R and must pass urinalysis testing as required prior to appointment and periodically thereafter. Position is subject to random drug testing.
