You will serve as a Mobile Equipment Servicer (Fuel Attendant) in the Department Ops Division of MCAS BEAUFORT SC.
Duties
You will monitor tank levels within the day tanks area during fuel transfers.
You will document all aircraft refueling and local deliveries of ground products in Dispatchers log.
You will operate two way radio to dispatch refueling trucks.
you will inputs required data into the Fuel Automates System (FAS) via a personal computer.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

The Screen-out Element for this position is: ability to monitor tank levels during and after transferring fuel; ability to effectively communicate by phone or two-way radio between various entities to meet requested fuel requirements; ability to learn and retain the knowledge relevant to the characteristics of fuel truck capacities and capabilities and the locations throughout the installation that are associated with refueling operations; ability to learn and retain the knowledge to perform the clerical requirements needed to support fuel requirements.
