About the Position: Serve as a facilities Assistant performing various administrative and clerical duties in support of the Sparkman Center and the G4 Sparkman Management Office.

Duties

Serve as the Facilities Assistant for the John J. Sparkman Complex Loading Dock, responsible for the management and support of the Sparkman Complex which consists of over one million square feet of administrative space. This includes aiding in PII management, assisting with deliveries, supplies required, transportation, providing reoccurring reports, statistics, etc. Assists in reviewing request for relocation/renovation of office space to include ensuring that the request is following applicable directives and meet specific organizational requirements. Coordinate the delivery of copy paper throughout the Sparkman Complex, tracks and reports usage for ordering and funding requirements.

  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time. Are you willing and able to travel away from your permanent duty station up to 5% of the time.
