The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit customer focused attributes, professional briefing skills, and have an adequate depth and breadth of the Insider Threat security discipline. The candidate must be able to apply analysis to identify and evaluate anomalous elements of information related to Insider Threat activities.

Qualifications
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The time-in-grade and qualification requirements must be met within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for this position at the GS-13 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following:
Experience developing and implementing strategic level goals and objectives to effectively integrate agency's insider threat program. AND
Experience analyzing information and data to mitigate potential insider threat behaviors and activities directed against the agency. AND
Experience analyzing and evaluating effectiveness of agency's insider threat educational program to identify gaps or weaknesses and providing recommended courses of action. AND
Experience communicating and advising employees internal to the organization and external partners on insider threat regulations, procedures and policies.
