This vacancy is for an Program Analyst position in the Computer Service Division located at the U.S. Census Bureau Headquarters in Suitland, Maryland. The Census Bureau is accessible from the Metro Rail Green Line - Suitland Station.

Duties
Receive, analyze, and process approved invoices from vendors, ensuring that payment is received within federally-mandated timelines.
Assist division stakeholders with market research reports, acquisitions checklists, and completion of IGCEs.
Track stakeholders’ procurement schedules and ensure budgeted funds are executed against contract vehicles in a timely manner.
Ensure all internal tracking documents are current and up to date to ensure division stakeholders have accurate data regarding their financial
requirements.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products to include SharePoint Online, Microsoft Excel, and pivot tables and charts; Processing and overseeing IT procurement, renewals and processing invoices; and working under tight deadlines and collaborating with stakeholders to expedite items presenting a schedule risk.
Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
