The primary purpose of this position is to develop, maintain and deliver current and relevant intelligence training to the F- 15 community spanning across the continuum of learning (CoL)-- from initial qualification training (IQT) through advanced/supplemental training (A/ST) to include exercise support.
Duties
-Serve as the Course Chief to the F-15 Initial Intelligence Qualification Course (IIQC): Tasked with overseeing the design,
development, and delivery of instructional materials, training products, and courseware (to include but not limited to syllabi and lesson plans) tailored for intelligence personnel assigned to the F-15 mission design series (MDS).
-Provide assistance and advisory support to 4 FW Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO), Intelligence Weapons Officer (IWO), intelligence trainers, and evaluators in the development, maintenance, and delivery of home station training. Training support encompasses a broad spectrum of requirements, including but not limited to the following: Mission Qualification Training (MQT)-- Collaborate with designated personnel to develop, update, and execute training programs aimed at qualifying personnel for their respective missions.
-Serve as the senior civilian technical advisor, responsible for offering expert guidance and support to the Wing's A2 in
matters pertaining to intelligence concerning 4 FW and F-15 support. The SME will possess a comprehensive knowledge base and the capacity to execute all unit level intelligence (ULI) functions, encompassing Intelligence Support for Force Protection (FP), integration of Information Warfare (IW) concepts and operations, Targeting, and Advanced Analysis.

Qualifications
This is a GG-13 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-13 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-13 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include: knowledge of established standards to ensure all training programs are in accordance with standards and up to date with the latest intelligence practices; knowledge of intelligence matters concerning F-15 operations; and knowledge and expertise in unit-level intelligence (ULI) functions, including Intelligence Support for Force Protection (FP), integration of Information Warfare (IW) concepts and operations, Targeting, and Advanced Analysis, serving as a senior civilian technical advisor. Note: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of established standards to ensure all training programs are in accordance with standards and up to date with the latest intelligence practices.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of intelligence matters concerning 4 FW and F-15 operations.
3. Knowledge and expertise in unit-level intelligence (ULI) functions, including Intelligence Support for Force Protection (FP), integration of Information Warfare (IW) concepts and operations, Targeting, and Advanced Analysis, serving as a senior civilian technical advisor.
4. Skill in conducting thorough assessments of training modules to ensure alignment with established MAJCOM and field requirements.
5. Skill in planning and executing continuing education and training programs to maintain proficiency and readiness among intelligence personnel.
6. Ability to conduct training assessments and recommend improvements to training content and delivery methods as
necessary to achieve mission success.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT CONT'D:
1. Position is designated special-sensitive and requires eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
2. Drug Testing: This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
