As a Client Planning Manager, you will serve as a recognized expert in realty portfolio and asset management, providing authoritative advice, analysis, guidance, policy development and leadership in portfolio long-range strategy development.
This position is located in the Public Buildings Service of the National Capital Region, Office of Portfolio Management and Customer Engagement.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $139,395 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience: 1) Developing and defining short-and long-term strategies to meet the needs and requirements of customer agencies to promote their satisfaction with products and services; 2) Conducting qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques and methodologies to gather, evaluate, and develop comprehensive recommendations to grow partnerships and/or business with customer agencies; 3) Assessing and managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance progress of assigned projects or programs through the required phases of the acquisition cycle; and 4) Developing, managing and balancing project plans, budgets, and schedules, including assessing risk and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
