Duties
- Oversee compliance with Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) requirements for CHIPS construction projects.
- Develop standard operating procedures to implement DBRA oversight requirements.
- Oversee implementation of prevailing wage software system.
- Lead, develop and staff a team to provide technical assistance and identify potential non-compliance.
- Advise leadership and external stakeholders on regulatory policy and guidance
- Construct training programs to improve awardee compliance with DBRA requirements
- Continuously evaluate and optimize compliance review processes.

Qualifications
To qualify, applicants must possess one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level (ZA-III at NIST).
Specialized experience is defined as:
- Experience developing, staffing, and managing a team.
- Experience developing standard operating procedures.
- Experience with Davis-Bacon or prevailing wage compliance requirements, labor standards, and Department of Labor policies and practices.
- Experience with Davis-Bacon or prevailing wage software, or oversight or procurement of other compliance software.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer experience in your application.
