Duties

Responsible for finished product development and implementing procedures for the Contract Audit Manual, Agency Guidebooks, and the Field Audit Office Assistant for Quality (FAQ) training. Responsible for development, update, and maintenance of SharePoint and Virtual Information and Publication Enterprise Resource (VIPER) system user guides. Responsible for processing and formatting data in the DCAAP 7641.90 pamphlet submitted by program managers. Maintains, adds, and retrieves information in various auditor databases and systems. Receives requests from the Office of General Counsel and Program Managers initiating a tasking and the tracking for litigation hold requests (preservation) or discover request of audit policy documents. Performs comprehensive research (both electronically and manually through the Policy Library), indexing, and abstracting services in one or more subject areas.

Qualifications

You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement. You must meet the minimum qualification requirements as stated in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Operating Manual, Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, http://www.opm.gov/qualifications/Standards/group-stds/gs-prof.asp. Basic Requirement: A full 4-year course of study that meets all the requirements for a bachelor's degree with major study in the subject-matter field of the position to be filled. or Four years of experience that provided a knowledge of the basic principles, theories, practices, techniques, and terminology of a discipline or subject-matter field; an understanding of the standard methods, procedures, and techniques of research and analysis in the subject-matter field; and where appropriate, ability to read and comprehend nontechnical material in one or more foreign languages. Such experience must have been equivalent to that which would have been gained through a 4-year college curriculum. or A combination of education and experience as described above. Specialized Experience: In addition to meeting the basic requirement, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume.Specialized experience includes developing and implementing procedures; including improving, receiving, and processing information for documents such as manuals, guides, and training material. Developing, updating, and maintaining SharePoint and related master documents to include the development and training of guidance templates. Coordinating with other offices such as the Office of General Counsel and Operations; initiating and tracking tasks and files, preparing memorandums, and coordinating responses. Performing comprehensive research (both electronically and manually), indexing, and abstracting services in one or more subject areas. Developing, updating, and maintaining a comprehensive database and electronic library for technical information to include new products and services, outreach and publicity programs and special events.
