Qualifications

What are we looking for?Two years minimum experience in customer service, preferably in a recreational or automotive related activity.  Ability to operate a personal computer with peripheral equipment.  Knowledge of word processing databases and spreadsheets.  Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures, be familiar with currency and negotiability requirements, and be able to operate a cash register.  Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.  Must be familiar with rules, etiquettes and safety procedures associated with the facility, an automotive service station or a similar facility.  Basic knowledge of hand tools used for automotive repairs.  This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
