You will serve as a Marine Machinery Mechanic Supervisor in the Auxiliary Systems (Shop 38A). Seawater Systems (Shop 38B), Propulsion/Steam Systems (38C), Control Surfaces/Missile Support Systems (Shop 38D) and Air/Hydraulics/ACU Refrigeration Systems (Shop 38F) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
Duties
You will plan weekly work schedules to be accomplished by shop subordinates in accordance with program directives and requirements.
You will ensure formal work packages are correctly written followed by authorized instructions and requirements.
You will provide technical direction over work efforts of subordinates to ensure efficient and effective accomplishment of shop operations.
You will provide administrative supervision/management over shop operations and promote EEO awareness.
You will initiate recommendations for promotion or reassignment of subordinates.
You will schedule and approve leave requests of subordinates.

- Must be able to maintain am IT-Level II designation.
