You will serve as a Program Support Assistant (OA) in the Support Services Division of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR.
Duties
You will provide knowledge of regulations, policies, requirements and procedures to manage the department/division specialized support programs effectively and efficiently.
You will develop improvements of effectiveness and sustainability of all the specialized support services division programs and commit to continuous improvement.
You will create reports or technical documents, table, charts and graphs.
You will oversee unclassified and classified incoming and outgoing message traffic, dissemination of information, creation, proofing, retention, release, copulation of secure information, priority handling, etc.
You will prepare and process incoming and outgoing mail for distribution to their respective destination.
You will manage the overall administration of assigned support programs.
You will prepare correspondence using correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling using computers or data processing technology to perform routine clerical work (e.g. writing, filing, distributing documents).
You will provide customer service to both internal and external customers, delivering high-quality products and services.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing program support in an office setting using office automation equipment to assist with administrative functions. Examples of qualifying experience include: inputting information and maintaining databases; using software to draft and edit official correspondence for official reports; assisting management by using office automation and computer systems to prepare or track requests; interpreting and applying regulatory and procedural requirements to process transactions.
