The Spaceport Planning Office of the Center Planning and Development (CPD) Directorate is seeking interested applicants to serve as a Program Analyst/Project Integrator. In this role, you will integrate exchange of technical information, presentations, and communications for Center Planning and Development with Center-wide technical boards, NASA programs, and external partners.
Duties
Serves as a project analyst / integrator within the Spaceport Planning Office of the Center Planning and Development Directorate (CPD), supporting management with strategic analysis and planning.
Integrates exchange of technical information, presentations, regular meetings, and communications with Center-wide technical boards and CPD, including for the Commercial Partner Project Approval Process and the Partner Analysis Cycle (PAC).
Prepares presentations for Partnerships Board for CPD PAC cycles and infrastructure reviews.
Integrates technical information, presentations, regular meetings and communications among CPD, NASA programs and external partners such as SLD 45 and Space Florida.
Tracks risks, impacts to NASA operations, schedule milestones, and technical resolution of Center-wide integrated issues affecting long-term KSC planning and partnerships.
Uses tools such as Power BI to help present and integrate technical board and systems engineering information relevant to Master Planning and Partnerships activities.
Supports NASA 2040 or similar process workstream initiatives to streamline and improve processes and documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level.
Utilizing Microsoft Project, Power BI, Tableau and/or other programs to gather, analyze and present data to stakeholders;
Integrating project milestones into strategic planning and track progress for improvements;
Partnering and collaborating with stakeholders across and outside the organization to build relationships and achieve organizational and Center goals.
