The mission of the National Counterintelligence & Security Center is to lead and support the U.S. Government's counterintelligence (CI) and security activities critical to protecting our nation; provide CI outreach to U.S. private sector entities at risk of foreign intelligence penetration; and issue public warnings regarding intelligence threats to the U.S.

Support the Director, Deputy, and ExDir by monitoring incoming memoranda, reports, and requests for information or comment; prioritizing urgent items; and researching items of particular interest.
Advise the Director, Deputy, and ExDir on areas of strategic focus, prioritization and tailored implementation and execution strategies to drive mission success.
Lead programmatic initiatives and the daily operations of the organization and collaborate with leadership to ensure strategic alignment with the mission, goals, and objectives of the ODNI.
Liaison with, and coordinate requirements or actions with counterparts at other IC agencies, the National and Homeland Security Councils, White House staff offices, Commands, and other USG organizations.
Identify and evaluate key communication control issues for consideration by leadership and develop strategies for resolving them.
With the staff officer, organize the Director's schedule, ensure read-ahead material is prepared/provided for meetings, speaking engagements, and conferences; and support the coordination and logistics of any travel needs.
Research topics and collect material for meetings, speeches, and conferences; keep records of proceedings as required.
Ensure NCSC FO leadership correspondence and other communications meet high quality and timeliness standards and adhere to established formats.
Analyze, evaluate and organize material received for appropriate referral; compose, coordinate and consolidate recurring reports; review written product for compliance with Agency procedures.
Provide oversight to monitor internal and external taskings, including but not limited to talking points, briefings, and memoranda.
Lead staff in planning and arranging sensitive and complex domestic and foreign travel documents and plan, prepare, and coordinate schedules, itineraries, passport/visa requests, lodging, and travel accounting; lead, plan and support the transportation of material and people.
Perform a comprehensive range of direct executive office support for the Director of National Counterintelligence and Security and/or Deputy Director of National Counterintelligence and Security assisting and relieving the manager on a variety of complex office support functions involving contact with officials at the most senior levels of Government, including the office of the President and Vice President of the United States.
Serve as a trusted agent ensuring leadership awareness with the pulse of the workforce.

Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Expert knowledge of the ODNI, Intelligence Community (IC), Congress, and the overall national security apparatus as well as ODNI and IC standards for correspondence, administrative regulations, policies, entitlements, allowances, and unique authorities.
Superior interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including superior ability to developing working relationships and networks with internal and external managers and staff.
Superior analytical and critical thinking skills, including superior ability to interpret complex information from multiple sources.

Education
Bachelor's Degree.
